American and Irish Fiddle Songs Coach

Imagine your friends’ surprise when you bust out with a foot-tappin’ “Cripple Creek!”
Wouldn’t it be fun to teach your band to play “Turkey in the Straw?”
This songs coach course has the detailed help you need to expand your fiddle repertoire with 24 American and Irish fiddle favorites!

Whether learning with a teacher or by yourself, everyone needs extra instruction on the songs we want to learn to play. If you are fortunate enough to see a private teacher once per week, it’s still not enough. It’s easy to forget their instructions, and hard to bring back the magic without your teacher standing right there.
What if you had a teacher standing right there with you all week? What if you could have complete confidence to handle any fiddle tune you wanted to learn? Better yet, what if you knew your tunes well enough to perform for others on demand?
This course lets you really power up your practice time because it:

  • Puts you on the fast track to learning tunes as quickly as possible
  • Teaches the song note by note, phrase by phrase
  • Lets you review as many times as you need to without worrying about annoying anyone
  • Lets you slow down as much as you need to, or speed up as much as you dare!
  • Helps you apply what you’re learning with your teacher
  • Gives you a head start on learning common tunes often called for at jam sessions
  • Gives you insights you might not get in your lessons
  • And most importantly, it teaches you the notes so you can spend lesson time working on skills and technique

Sign up today and you’ll get fantastic fast-track support learning every song, plus slow, medium, and fast play-along videos, and as a free bonus, downloadable back up audio tracks with fiddle alone, fiddle with guitar, and guitar only!

” Your coach sessions, and each and every one of your lessons are thorough and easy to understand. You really know how to teach and are so methodical about the way you approach each lesson. You are also a fun teacher! ”

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you can get a full, no-questions refund just by emailing us at info[at]
Do you teach how to read music in the detailed videos?
I do not. The instructional videos are meant to let you learn the pieces without the music. You’ll learn by ear and by rote, repetition, and memory, and that’s a huge plus of you don’t know how to read music. If you want some instruction in how to read music, my full Suzuki Book 2 course goes into great detail.
Do you teach old-timey style?
No. I teach some beloved old-timey tunes like “Cripple Creek” and “Money in both pockets”, but the style I teach is based on a foundation of classical bow hold, left-hand technique, posture, and so on. I believe this is the best foundation that allows continued progress.
What if I buy this class, then want to sign up for your full class? Will I have wasted money?
