Ensure You Get The Personalized Support You Need
Until now, you have been able to get individual answers from me and my tech support people no matter when you signed up.
As a result, as more students join us, I give an ever-smaller slice of my time to a growing number of people.
It is important to note that while these lessons are as good as or better than private lessons, and are priced far below private lesson rates, it is simply not sustainable for me to support every student indefinitely.
To address this concern, I updated my policy regarding personalized support as of May 2016. Here it is:
- Personalized Support expires one year after you sign up for any course.
For example, if you signed up for Suzuki Book 1 on June 1, 2015, your support expires June 1, 2016, but your access to videos continues. Expired support simply means that you can get musical and technical help from other Red Desert Violin sources but not directly from me. Other sources include fellow members in the comments sections and the Red Desert Violin Facebook forums.
Personal support may be purchased at any time while the student has active video access.
- You can get extended support.
Extended support means you will continue to get individual musical and technical help from me and my team for either 6 months or 12 months. Renew your support by purchasing “extended support” for either six months ($60) or 12 months ($120).
